Chris, what part of "go away" don't you understand?

FYI -

1) Written commentary is not 'libel', something you would know if you had ever had the legal background which you claim.

2) Fair comment is a defence to defamation. You claimed to be a lawyer and a graduate. You are neither. You claimed to have interviewed the head of the China Banking and Regulatory Commission, but they denied it. You claimed that your office in Mumbai was damaged during the terror attacks, but you don't even have a real office there, just a virtual office with Regus which was miles from the scene of the attacks. The posts I wrote pointing these things out (the latest of which was in 2009) are demonstrably true (Regus said there was no damage, neither the Law Society nor the Bar Council know who you are, you yourself said you never graduated, CBRC's denial made international news) and therefore not defamatory.

3) The limitation statute for defamation in the UK is one (1) year. If you had wanted to sue for defamation in the UK you should have done it within the time limit. You didn't. Instead you sent me emails (from your own corporate email address) acknowledging that you were behind a campaign of threats of violence against myself and my family. Just how do you think that would play in front of a judge?

So as I said before, if you think you have a case, bring it.

Is that Chris again? The poor man just can not stop can't he? Chrissy just stop making a bigger ass of yourself than you already are. Any lawyer representing you takes on a risk that can not be compensated in fees.

Sigh, back on the moderated comments. I allowed through the above 'anonymous' comment as a taster of the kind of bizarre stuff I've been receiving. As it happens, my brother is currently in fine fettle and not at all worried by the weird antics of a strange man somewhere in Mongolia who apparently has too much time on his hands in the middle of the night, Ulaanbatar time.

Needless to say, I'm not allowing anything more through.
