Sorry to say that yes, the video is on Youtube and therefore blocked by the Chinese government - I'd complain if I was you! If you want to listen to the tune just look up "Duke of Earl" by Gene Chandler, but, whilst i love the song, it's the video that I find particularly brilliant.
